This package gets you private childbirth classes, doula services and extended breastfeeding support.
- Private YBE Class
- Discover the unique aspects about your personality and decision-making processes that will help guide you in making the best decisions for Your Birth Experience.
- Engage the power of positive imagery by envisioning your experience.
- Learn the basics of the birth process, including hormonal and emotional components that are key to unlocking your empowering journey.
- Practice tried and true comfort techniques and explore various methods of relaxation to inspire your own individual childbirth style.
- Two (2) 1.5 -2 hour prenatal appointments
- Telephone and email communication between our appointments and after care provider appointments.
- Emotional reassurance, physical comfort and informational support from the beginning of labour
- I will join you during active labor and the delivery of baby & I will stay with you during your first breastfeeding experience to provide assistance and encouragement.
- I will come see you again to check in 12-18 hours after the birth.
- One (1) postpartum meeting to reflect on the birth experience
- In person check up within 36-48 hours to assess breastfeeding
- Follow up for two weeks to assess and support breastfeeding (both mom and baby) in your home (or clinic if preferred) to ensure breastfeeding is optimal
Basic Doula Enhanced with Extended Breastfeeding Support
- Two (2) 1.5 -2 hour prenatal appointments
- Telephone and email communication between our appointments and after care provider appointments.
- Emotional reassurance, physical comfort and informational support from the beginning of labour
- I will join you during active labor and the delivery of baby & I will stay with you during your first breastfeeding experience to provide assistance and encouragement.
- I will come see you again to check in 12-18 hours after the birth.
- One (1) postpartum meeting to reflect on the birth experience
- In person check up within 36-48 hours to assess breastfeeding

Postpartum services are available upon request. Costs vary from $30-40 depending on the number of hours requested.
