If this sounds like you, I invite you to my invaluable 6-week breastfeeding program:

6 Weeks to Breastfeeding Success
Full support in the early days of breastfeeding

In this 6 week program you will get:
  • An initial phone call in pregnancy that goes over your goals and postpartum breastfeeding support plan.
  • We can have one in-person prenatal appointment to discuss preparing for breastfeeding and two in-person visits once baby arrives to have hands-on support in implementing, tweaking, adjusting, and supporting you as you breastfeed, or we can do three in-person appointments after baby arrives without the initial breastfeeding education.

"Thank you so much for your help!
We absolutely wouldn’t be here without you today
and I’m so grateful." SS
You are entering the 3rd trimester of pregnancy and desire to breastfeed your baby.  You understand that while it is a biological function, you would like more knowledge about what it takes to set you up for breastfeeding success.

Perhaps your mom, sister, friend struggled and you are worried about struggling too?  Or you struggled with your first baby and do not want that experience again.

Here is what is so crucial to know about breastfeeding.
Our modern world and approach to having a baby does not set you up for success.

In fact, it has all the factors that will make it a lot harder on you then it should be. This sets you up for thinking it should come naturally only to struggle and feel a lot of shame and guilt for having the opposite experience.

I see this all the time. Women with the best intention to breastfeed struggle and it really takes away from a positive postpartum experience and can actually lead to postpartum anxiety and depression. I want to prevent you from that struggle. Your desire to breastfeed is beautiful and success is so possible but a lot harder to achieve if you don’t have the right information and support.

It is harder to absorb all the tips, strategies and knowledge you need to ensure your breastfeeding success while holding your newborn baby. You are exhausted, overwhelmed, and your brain might feel a little mushy. You are also going to be recovering from your birth experience, even if it is "easy". The last thing you need to worry about is figuring out how to breastfeed successfully.

This is why I developed 6 Weeks to Breastfeeding Success. It is for the modern mother who wants knowledge, support, and a step by step plan to ensure their breastfeeding goals are met.

I would like 6 weeks of support
This is for you if:
  • you don't just want a cheerleader but instead an expert who is up to date on all the information.
  • you love to have a plan and want to prepare yourself as much as possible for when baby arrives.
  • you want solutions and to know what to do if issues arise that ensure breastfeeding can be achieved.
  • you want to be heard, acknowledged, and supported in what you are going through when it comes to feeding your baby.
  • you want a memorable and joyful postpartum experience.

Even though we’ve been breastfeeding for as long as humans are around, surprisingly in our western culture, we don’t have a good understanding of how to breastfeed.  Even though in the scheme of you child's life, breastfeeding is a small timeline, however it can be one of the most impactful times for both maternal and infant health both short term and into their adult life.  When it doesn't go well, it can also be one of the most traumatic experiences for mamas.

I have been helping women for over 15 years with their prenatal, birth, and breastfeeding journey.  My journey started when my first was born premature and I didn't feel supported in my desire to breastfeed and was not pointed into the direction of any resources. I was lucky enough to grow up with family who had strong views on breastfeeding and so I saw it a lot early on and was exposed to it.  This allowed me to advocate for my success in breastfeeding.  Most women are not exposed to much breastfeeding in their lives and even though we are told it is natural, we have no way of naturally learning about it.  We allow constant opinions and noise to overcomplicate our breastfeeding and I want to help women simplify and thrive in their breastfeeding experience.

Just a reminder in this 6 week program you will get:
  • A phone call that goes over your goals and postpartum breastfeeding support plan.
  • 3 in person visits before and/or baby arrives to have hands on support in implementing, tweaking, adjusting and supporting you as you breastfeed.
  • access to ask questions between appointments

"Currently still breastfeeding, going on 14m. The support I received from Kim made this experience with my second so much easier then with my first. With my first we lasted six months (and I didn’t know Kim even existed). I know had I known her then I would’ve been able to continue."

6 Week to Success program not quite right for you?

Perhaps you are beyond the time frame for the 6 week program but you are still needing support in your breastfeeding journey? I am available for  breastfeeding exploration consults. This offer is for you if there is a specific concern, challenge or question that is creating a barrier to your breastfeeding journey being a positive experience. See more about those options here.
