Breastfeeding Exposed

$19

Modern breastfeeding education for modern parents based on fact and practice.

4 Week Online Prenatal Breastfeeding Class

This class is designed for soon-to-be parents, and although it can be taken at any point during pregnancy, I recommend enrolling in the last trimester.
The "Breastfeeding Exposed" course was created with recent research & my experience as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant & doula that I gained over 18 years. It aims to dispel outdated myths that can harm breastfeeding families and lead to premature weaning. This is not a class based on old myths that are still circulating, that in fact HURT breastfeeding families and lead to breastfeeding cessation.

Throughout a 4-week period, new breastfeeding educational content will be released weekly for review. Participants can ask questions related to the weekly content in the group chat set up for each class.

In this breastfeeding class, you will learn:
  • How to develop a breastfeeding plan to focus on setting up a successful breastfeeding journey and eliminate distractions.
  • Ways to support the biological functions responsible for short and long-term milk supply, including practices to initiate during pregnancy for a good start.
  • The 7 natural laws of breastfeeding.
  • How to avoid falling prey to common breastfeeding myths that cause confusion and challenges.
  • Recognizing your baby's hunger cues, achieving productive and comfortable breastfeeding positions, and ensuring your baby is receiving enough milk.
  • Overcoming common breastfeeding obstacles with ease.
  • Recognizing when to seek additional help.

This online course spans four weeks, with content unveiled weekly. You will receive email notifications once new content is available, offering the flexibility to engage with the course from the comfort of your home, at your convenience, using your phone or computer. The course is divided into manageable modules, allowing you to progress at your own pace and easily revisit information when needed. This structure is designed to support you during moments when you require assistance but don't have immediate access to help. By receiving information in small increments and getting email updates on new content, you will stay engaged and not lose track of your enrollment in the course!

You can access the entire program for 12 months.

A new class will be created monthly so that registered guests are roughly in the same part of their pregnancies and also have due dates around the same time.
