Are you are a mom of a newborn finding yourself second guessing tummy time? How much time does baby need? Is the crying normal? Should you let baby cry it out in tummy time? Do you just want the how-to facilitate tummy time guide?

If so, my new Tummy Time Method session is for you.
What you can expect from this TummyTime!™ session:
•learn how to support the social, emotional, physical and neurological development of your baby
•learn how to create a social and emotional connection during tummy time (and a little less crying)
•help with feeding by optimally mobilizing and engaging baby’s face, tongue, jaw, throat, and neck muscles
•easing of colic and reflux
•reducing gas
•stimulating healthy digestive function
•promoting optimal head shape (aka. avoid the “flat head” by spending too much time in back to sleep and car seat positions)
•positively impact on posture by creating optimal symmetry, balance, and natural alignment.

As a new mom, you might have already experienced the tummy time frustration. You might even be hesitating to do it or think your baby doesn’t like it. You might even be wondering why your baby is fussy, and wondering if tummy time hurts. Tummy time can be challenging for many reasons, many of which we will review in the session.
What you and your baby needs is more support to enjoy tummy time.
TummyTime!™️ sessions teach you how to do tummy time....and much, much more. Babies have been warm and cozy, all curled up for your entire pregnancy. And many of the baby containers like carseats and swings do the same thing. So babies just need a bit of support in learning how to open up and gently elongate the fronts of their body. Babies are developing all their systems, all of the time and sometimes meet resistance. You can help them overcome this.

Your baby MAY be uncomfortable on their bellies, this could be because they have areas of tightness or restriction in the tissue of their body or lack of opportunity for tummy time. This is something we will discuss. I will refer you to other practitioners, when/if needed, but these issues might improve after 1-2 sessions of TummyTime, using the TummyTime!™️ Method.
The benefits of tummy time are related to health, posture, movement and connections.
This TummyTime!™️ session is for you if:
•you are a new mom with a baby 3 weeks or oder that is not yet crawling
•you want to learn comfortable positions for tummy time
•effectively facilitate tummy time and to interpret your babies cues
