In-Home Appointments
I provide laid-back in-home consultations to help moms and their babies with feeding.
My goal is to create a relaxed atmosphere where you can get the personalized support you need.
Travel outside Regina is available; however, it's necessary to coordinate.
Please contact me before booking.
Mileage is billed at $0.65/km.
I do also offer virtual sessions.
Lactation Support
I’m here to give you personalized lactation support for those tricky challenges like latch issues, milk transfer, milk supply, and pain. My goal is to help you feel confident and supported as you navigate your breastfeeding journey!
Bottlefeeding Support
I provide support for bottle-feeding families, whether you're supplementing pumping, mixed feeding, or using formula, I willl help you navigate the feeding concerns.
What Happens During a Visit?
During our time together, I may:
• Observe a feeding session
• Assess oral function
• Examine parent comfort and healing
• Discuss supply and weight gain
• Identify root causes of ongoing challenges
Infant Feeding Plans
I work with families to develop individualized infant feeding plans that suit your lifestyle and ensure your baby’s nutritional needs are met. Together, we can create a plan that works for you and your family.
Breastfeeding Education
I offer comprehensive breastfeeding education to help you understand the benefits of breastfeeding, proper techniques, and troubleshooting common challenges. This knowledge empowers you to make informed decisions for you and your baby.
CranioSacral Therapy
As I continue my training in Craniosacral Therapy (CST), I am currently offering a complimentary 30–45 minute gentle bodywork integration within your consult.
This practice component is optional and included at no additional cost while I complete clinical training hours.
