The First Weeks of Breastfeeding is modern, evidence-informed education for today’s parents, grounded in current research and nearly two decades of experience as a parent, peer supporter, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and doula. Over four weeks, you’ll receive new breastfeeding education content each week, with space to ask questions about that week’s material. Explore practical guidance for the early days and weeks, including positioning and latch, feeding cues and infant states, how milk is made, how much babies eat, how to tell whether your baby is getting enough, early supplementation, and creating a breastfeeding plan that reflects your preferences. This program complements—but does not replace—personalized advice from a lactation consultant or healthcare professional.
